The WalkMe platform has been updated today with new features and enhancements!
Please note: Your current Walk-Thrus will not be affected by this update, and changes will not be implemented until you update and publish your Walk-Thrus.
Here are the highlights:
• Drag & Drop Interface in the Rule Engine – Save time and speed up your workflow by reordering rules and conditions in the rule engine using a simple and intuitive drag & drop interface.
• Enhanced Surveys – Collect NPS/CSAT feedback and engage more users with your surveys by displaying one question at a time, instead of all questions in bulk. Additionally, you can now get more meaningful answers from users by adding a free text area to any type of question, even multiple choice.
