Dan Adika, CEO and co-founder of WalkMe, believes that the WalkMe magic lies with its ability to maintain company culture while experiencing growth. He said: “When my company, WalkMe, grew from 40 to 150 people within a year and a half, I knew that I didn’t want the “growth rings” of my company to ‘grow abnormally thick.’ I saw a need to maintain a close-knit startup culture in order to nurture the very things that made my company successful in the first place — these things included my staff, company culture, traditions and values. In order to keep WalkMe’s structural integrity intact, we implemented changes in the way we connected so that our 150-person team feels just as close as when the company first started.”

The Best and the Brightest is a National Association of Business Resources program (The NABR), established in 1996 and fosters a collaborative environment in which companies and leaders learn best practices, trends, and vital information benefiting the company and its employees well beyond the finances. Through the Best and Brightest programs, the NABR provides specialized business services, education and resources for businesses throughout the United States.
