In January 2020, 451 Research published a report titled WalkMe’s Adoption Platform Positioned as the Productivity Layer of the Employee Experience. These features all lend themselves to helping mitigate work friction and improving productivity, which 451 Research believes will be essential for businesses looking to adopt an agile WorkOps framework.
