View From the Valley: WalkMe Presents at SF New Tech
Last week, Jason Salzman and I presented and demoed WalkMe at the prestigious SF New Tech event. SF New Tech boasts as “the Bay Area’s largest, longest-running, and most-loved monthly technology event and networking mixer” and has hosted notable tech companies such as Reddit, Waze, GREE, Klout, and CardFlick. Dan Adika (Co-Founder and CEO) and Maoz Issac (Head of Customer Success) were among the few hundred in the audience to support Kevin and Jason.
You can check out a recorded version of the demo here, the WalkMe presentation starts at the 34:19 mark.
This was a great chance to show off WalkMe’s new features in front of a tech-centric audience. Demoing alongside of amazing companies such as Blipboard, Pedicine, Bizzabo, and LoYakk was an excellent experience to learn about new startups and an opportunity to see how WalkMe measures up.
We didn’t disappoint.
After the presentations are over, SF New Tech holds a friendly competition and polls the audience on which demo they enjoyed the most. WalkMe won this popularity contest. #humblebrag.
I can’t praise this event enough. Myles, the founder of SFNT, organizes a great event with excellent companies and an interactive audience. Following the presentations, there is a great open networking session. We didn’t realize we had such great fans and even had some current customers in the crowd.
