October 25th, 2012 marks a huge day for WalkMe, as the official announcement of its $5.5 Million funding from Gemini Israel Ventures released to the public. WalkMe is assured that its closure of their second round of funding  via Gemini Israel Ventures will assist in promoting online guidance, self-service, and a support strategy for users and businesses alike.
“Maybe it’s because your users are older, or maybe it’s because they’re younger, or maybe it’s because their native language is not English, or maybe your site is complicated. It can only be intuitive up to a certain point. No matter how simple your site is, you have to have a support strategy,” Rafi Sweary, President of WalkMe, said.

What can we expect from WalkMe post-funding?
Prior to its funding, WalkMe established sales operations in San Francisco, growing its team. Now with the backing from Gemini, WalkMe hopes to find the right team members to back its operations in the Bay Area.
